Sad to say, now more than ever, we are working on one for all services. •We hope you understand how difficult this year has been for all small businesses. We have dropped our “Covid fee” to make our clients happy. This helped with PPE & not being able to “double book” clients to ensure your safety.
•Unfortunately, we have had an unreal amount of last minute cancellations & no shows. Not for illness or good reason. We cannot fill these appointments unless you give us at least 48 hours. Please be considerate to our stylists. We don’t get paid when there is no one in our chair.

Salon Delux Hey we are famous, kinda. 🤩 Chanel 7 News!
Salon Delux will be opening May 19th ‼️ If you are wanting to book an appointment with me you can call the salon at 219-322-3052. My new hours of doing hair will be Thursday’s 2pm-7pm, Friday’s 9am-2pm, and Saturday’s 8am-3pm! There will be no double booking, meaning no stylist will be taking two clients in between appointments. There will be no waiting room for clients to wait for their appointment, you will have to wait in your car or outside until we grab you or call you to tell you we are ready to do your service. It is a MUST to wear a mask into the salon and will be worn the entire service, if no mask no service. We will be asking you a couple questions before we perform the service on you and will be taking your temperature as well. We will be disinfecting our complete work area and the salon after every service/ client. We ask for you to NOT bring any magazines or books of your own into the salon and if warm enough outside to leave jackets in car if possible. Some color prices will be raised for extra mixing of color and product used. We are not able to serve drinks to our clients so you can bring your outside beverages if need be. There will be NO waxing services or beard trims performed until July 4th as of now. If kids can not sit by themselves getting their haircut, we cannot perform their service. We ask kids to please wear masks as well while getting their service performed. We are booking out a certain amount of time after every service for sanitation purposes. We will still be closed on Saturday, July 4th. There are a lot of people wanting to get in and get their hair done so please be patient and understanding while we are trying to help everyone’s hair needs. If you are leaving a message at the salon for wanting to book an appointment PLEASE leave your first and last name, a phone number to reach you at, and who your stylist is and service(s) you were wanting done. We appreciate everyone and cannot wait to see all of our wonderful clients 🤗✨💕

She went into a shop and asked for an angled bob and that was only a couple days before she came into me to get some highlights and a re-cut! Being honest with your clients is 🔑!! If someone doesn’t feel comfortable doing either a color or a cut, I would rather that stylist tell me/ your clients because your clients won’t be mad! They will be happy that you are honest with them and you make them feel comfortable enough to want to come back because they TRUST you! 🤗🥰

As everyone is struggling with not being able to get their hair done, men and women, your hairstylists are struggling just as much by not being able to do what we love; cutting, styling, & coloring hair along with making our clients feel and look great. I cannot wait to be behind the chair again doing what makes me happy. 🤗 Our main focus though is to make sure our clients are healthy and safe in the environment we pursue our careers in. Salon Delux COVID-19 Updates:As much as we miss you and your hair, we want what’s best for all of our health & safety.
Indiana Governor Holcomb will be announcing new dates & guidelines for us. Our industry is NOT in phase 1 of opening plan. We are NOT making appointments until we have some structured dates. We will keep you posted as soon as we know anything. We want to get back to work! Believe us! There will be changes when we get back:
• We will be wearing protective masks. So will you. Please arrive with yours on.
• No waiting room. Please wait outside or in your car. We will let you know when to enter alone. Please leave family at home.
• We will be booking extra time for you with no one “in between” to allow for us to properly sanitize our station.
• We will be social distancing with our staff & other clients. Meaning less people in salon.
❤️ We cannot wait time see you again. Please understand & respect that our industry is hurting. Wait for us. We will get through this if we stay home & safe right now. ❤️
