[06/06/20]   WHEN COMING IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS:

In order to keep all of our guests safe we would like to give you a heads up on our new procedure. When you arrive, please stay in your car and call the salon 765-935-2400 at that time we will come out and greet you, take your temperature, and have you fill out a questionnaire. We will then let you know when it’s your time to come in for your appointment. We look forward to seeing you, please stay safe and we will see you soon!!

Tomorrow is a New beginning!!! The long awaited May 11th!!!!!
We are so excited to see you, We would like you to know of a few changes, as we try to follow guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Please call when you arrive to the salon (765)-935-2400.
We will notify you when it’s time for you to come in.
Please come alone to your appointment unless we are aware of your need to not be alone.( such as accompanying a person in need of assistance or a child)
We are all following all the safety measures we can we will be wearing a mask, cleaning and sanitizing between each guest , we would very much appreciate if you could wear one as well.
Preferably one that hooks to your ears. 
If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask you give us 24hr. Notice. (Appointments are in high demand if you can’t make your appointment we could put someone in your spot, freeing a spot to reschedule your appointment) 😃

We would like to take a moment to introduce Diara Coates!!!!! She is an amazing artist that is in love with what she loves the art and craft of HAIR and BEAUTY !! It shows in not only her work but her day to day! Here is a little more about her,
I’ve been a hairstylist for 3.5 years. I graduated from Aveda Fredric’s in Indianapolis. I have been at Renew the whole time of my cosmetology career. Hair is my passion, specifically balayage and creative colors. I also love to be outside, work out, and if I’m not doing that then I’m at home with my cats watching The Office!

Hello!!! We are so excited to see everyone!! We have a few new procedures you will need to follow. We would also like you to know that we have worked very hard for weeks making sure that all sanitation and safety measures will be in place, not only with in the salon but ourselves as well.
👉We will be contacting clients to schedule as well as you can feel free to contact us to make an appointment we just ask for your understanding and patience as we work to see everyone. We would love to work 18 hr. Days 7 days a week and not feel fatigued but we are not super human we need rest as well, so please understand this will take some time as we can really only see one client at a time.
👉 Please know the importance of coming alone, extra people will compromise everyone. 1 Stylist = 1 Client ( exceptions with a child’s haircut )
👉Please know your first appointment may take longer that normal. As we are making our way in what will be our New Normal.
👉 We will have to keep our salon as Appointment Only.. NO WALK INS
👉When you arrive to your appointment we ask you call the salon tell us you have arrived, then wait in your car for a call back when your stylist is ready for you. So having your cell phone ready will help considerably.
👉Also please keep in mind if you are wearing a face mask and are receiving a chemical service you may want to bring an extra.

Today ReNew Salon & Spa would like to feature Savanna Ludwig!!!! She is a talented stylist that truly loves her craft!!! She was born to do this, always looking towards the newest trends and fashion. Definitely a Master . Savanna has been a stylist for 15 years now, 6 of it has been with ReNew. ( we are blessed ) Savanna has wanted to be a hairstylist ever since she was a little girl and she truly loves what she does . While she has been waiting to get back to work,she has enjoyed the extra time with her family and has been working on projects around their house. Which for all of us who knows Savanna knows all that to be true!!!!! ❤️

I’d like to start this Friday off right and introduce to you the stylists at ReNew!!! We are one extremely strong team and a close family that works together, but today I’m going kick it off by introducing Anne Irvine (aka Annie) Annie makes it happen she is so Talented so Patient and passionate about her craft !!!! Annie is unstoppable she is a master !!
Annie is 30 years old. Annie Graduated from Aveda Frederic’s Institute - Indy 8 years ago, and has been with ReNew Salon ever since. 🙌 Since Covid-19, and our salon shutting down,she has been helping care for her 2 1/2 year old niece while her sister continues to essentially work for Reid Hopsital. What Annie misses most about the salon is the happy, up-beat environment while connecting with each and every guest who walks in. Annie is so excited & anxious to get back to it when it is safe for everyone! She hope’s to see you all soon! That’s Annie everybody!!!!❤️

We here at ReNew Salon and Spa appreciate everything about each of our Guests. Now the decision of closing is out of our hands the State board of Health requires us to now be closed for a minimum of 2 weeks we will be in contact with you all if you have an appointment scheduled during that time .. again we are so sorry. [03/19/20]   We here at ReNew Salon and Spa value each and everyone’s health and wellness. With that being said we ask that all of our guest follow a few simple rules:
1. We are currently not accepting walk ins we are only honoring our guests that have appointments already scheduled for the next two weeks.
2. If you have a scheduled appointment we ask that only the guest with the appointment be in the salon.
3. Please be mindful of your own personal Hygiene & Heath we ask that you abide by common practices such as washing hands and rescheduling if your not feeling well.
( if you feel as if you may have been exposed to Covid-19 please reschedule to a later time)
4. We are adhering to government policy and trying to our best to keep the number of people in the salon at a minimum if one or more of our stylist need to cancel to allow other stylists to work please be understanding with that procedure.
5. Rest assured we are following all CDC guidelines and doing our part to keep each and every Guest safe and healthy while we make your experience a beautiful one.
