As mentioned in the media, the State of Indiana plans to allow salons to re-open on May 11th, 2020.

As we prepare to serve our community - we are taking strong steps to help minimize the risk to our beloved stylists and customers who all have families that we care about deeply.

1. Until further notice/guidance from the state, we will service customers BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
2. To help service clients, we will be exploring additional hours to ensure there is time to not only cut, but sanitize after each service.
3. All our staff will be wearing masks and we request each client wear a mask too. If you do not have a mask, we recommending finding one as we might have a very limited amount from our vendor which we will be requiring each customer to wear. There will be a nominal fee for this mask.
4. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling ill or have a temperature of 100.4 F. We completely understand and can accommodate at a later time. Health and safety is a priority.
5. Please be in the vicinity of the salon on time, we will call you once the station has been sanitized and you can enter with your mask on.
6. Come to your appointment solo if possible. If you have children or other reasons, please let us know and we can make those arrangements.
7. During the service, we will only be using one cape per customer before they are laundered. The salon station will be sanitized before each customer along with all combs, clippers etc. This will take some time to complete beyond our typical hair service times.
8. All our salons, and the staff are in the process of being Sanitized Certified - this is a high level program where each member is taking classes and being tested on the detailed steps we are taking to minimize risk.

As we open, please be patient - we are opening after a lengthy closure and making investments to ensure everyone is safe. This will be a process that will take time and sincerely appreciate your business and ultimately your trust. As a small business owner, we are honored to be a part of the fabric of the community for years to come.
