This lady had a clearly poor experience with another stylist a couple months ago. She came in with an unclear idea of how to fix it, and to be honest I was unsure at first as well. It’s always a shock to me that another “professional” would do this to someone and not even offer to return payment. We are still far from where our end goal is, but we got Brandi onto the right track today!
