•If you or someone in your home is sick with any symptoms even unrelated to COVID please cancel/reschedule your appointment
•Please do not bring anyone to your appointment with you who does not have an appointment also.
•If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or someone who is waiting results, please cancel/reschedule your appointment.
••These small steps will help keep our staff safe and from having to quarantine and miss work/go without pay each time we ran into an issue that could have easily been prevented. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to navigate through all of this and as we go into cold/flu season. ••
